This is a film to raise awareness about a serious complication of pregnancy which affects around 2 % of women and which can results in death or severe damage to the tubes and fertility if not diagnosed and treated adequately. The main message of the film is: If you have had a funny period or have not had one for 4-6 weeks and you have pelvic pain with vaginal bleeding => HAVE A PREGNANCY TEST AND GO TO YOUR LOCAL HOSPITAL EARLY PREGNANCY UNIT FOR A PELVIC ULTRASOUND.
