Innovation recognition for MAF

 

MAF has been featured on the front page of the influential US based maternova.com blog, “a global marketplace for ideas and tools saving maternal/newborn lives”.

 

Maternova is a startup social enterprise that was set-up a year ago by Meg Wirth. Meg has worked on women's health throughout her career, both in the USA and abroad, and was a co-author of the UN Millennium Project’s final report on child and maternal health.

 

The three goals of Maternova are: track innovations; pack & sell low-cost tools; map maternal health facilities. Its target audience is the frontline health worker and all organizations, policymakers, and individuals who support her.

 

We are delighted that MAF has been picked up by such an innovative and ground breaking organisation whose objectives are very much similar to ours.
