Lord & Lady Leitch
Lord Leitch (Sandy) is Chairman of Intrinsic Financial Services Limited, BUPA and Scottish Widows plc. He is Deputy Chairman at Lloyds Banking Group as well as being a Non-Executive Director and Senior Independent Director. He has had extensive experience as a chairman and on Plc Boards. His responsibilities have spanned 30 countries and covered almost every area in Financial Services. Lord Leitch has devoted enormous energy into improving society. He is Vice-President of the National Star College and Vice-Chairman of the Commonwealth Education Fund UK Oversight Committee. He was Chairman of UK Cares and Deputy Chairman of Business in the Community. In 1999, he received the Prince of Wales Ambassador’s Award for outstanding achievement in charitable work. He was Chair of the Balance Foundation.
Lady Leitch is a member of the British Red Cross International Fund Raising Committee and a Patron and Advisory Board Member of the Nicholls’ Spinal Injuries Foundation. Before moving to the UK, she worked in Financial Services in Zurich, Switzerland. In June 2008, she joined the Edge Foundation, London as a Trustee. Edge is a major independent education foundation, dedicated to raising the status of practical and vocational learning in the UK.

Gurinder Chadha
Gurinder Chadha was born in Kenya, and grew up in Southall, London, England. She began her career as a news reporter with BBC Radio, directed several winning documentaries for the BBC, and began an alliance with the British Film Institute (BFI) and Channel Four. Her main film successes include “Bhaji on the Beach”; Bend It Like Beckham” and “Bride & Prejudice” She was awarded the OBE in the 2006 Queen's Birthday Honours List for her services to the British Film Industry. She is married to Japanese-American filmmaker Paul Mayeda Berges, with whom she collaborates. They have twins, son Ronak and daughter Kumiko, born in June 2007.
Susan Payne
Susan Payne has worked in the emerging markets on both the sell and buy side for over 20 years. Susan joined JP Morgan in 1986 and in 1993 she joined Goldman Sachs International as an Executive Director. In 1997, Susan founded and is now the CEO of Emergent Asset Management Limited, an award–winning, alternative investment firm based in the UK. In addition to its stable of hedge funds, Emergent manages the largest agricultural fund in Africa. In 2007 and 2008, Susan was listed by Financial News as one of the Top 100 Women in Finance in Europe. Susan was awarded one of eight Shell UK Women of the Future Awards 2006 for “Mentor of the Year”. Recently, Susan was appointed as a UK Women of Achievement Ambassador. She is also Head of the London Chapter of 85 Broads, the largest professional women’s network in the world, and is an outspoken advocate of women's issues in the workplace.
Tom Lissaeur
Dr Tom Lissaeur is a Consultant Neonatologist (Teaching and Training) at St Mary's Hospital, Imperial College Healthcare Trust in London. He is now Medical Adviser in Child Health at THET (Tropical Health Education Trust), an NGO which promotes health links in teaching and training between hospitals and universities in the UK and developing countries. He is particularly involved with health links in Rwanda and Sierra Leone. He has a major interest in medical education and has produced a textbook in paediatrics for undergraduates and in Neonatology for postgraduates. He was also in charge of Examinations at the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health.
Marcus Chidgey
Marcus Chidgey is Chief Executive of the Captive Minds Communications Group. Marcus is considered to be a thought leader in digital communications. He recently led a two-year consultancy project at the Department of Children, Schools and Families. The resulting online media portal built by Captive Minds now provides support to over 100,000 children in social care. Marcus has worked extensively with charities in the past, most notably as a director of The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award 50th Anniversary team. His interest in film extends to a launch of a short film at BAFTA and at The Cannes Film Festival. He is married to a TV and Film art director and lives in London.
Alex Rayner
Alex Rayner is the Special Projects Director of The Captive Minds Communications Group. He is a well-known and and respected publicist, having spent many years working across a variety of blue-chip brands, celebrity and entertainment clients.
Alex manages ‘special projects’ at Captive Minds that require it’s integrated marketing and communications services – recently looking after the World Polo Series at Polo in the Park, Hurlingham and The Nokia Maps Everest Test, a Twenty20 game of cricket on the world’s highest plateau on Mt.Everest.

Michael de Lathauwer
Michael de Lathauwer is co-head of the Pension and Insurance Group (PISG) and co-head of European Equities Sales at Goldman Sachs. Previously, he ran Equity Capital Markets in Asia from 1998 to 2001. Prior to that, he worked in Asian Sales until 1998. Michael moved to Singapore in 1996 after relocating to Hong Kong in 1995. He joined the firm in 1990 as an associate in Convertible Sales in London. Michael was named managing director in 1999 and partner in 2002. Michael has a degree in Economics from Catholic University of Louvain, Belgium, and an MBA from the City University Business School in London.
Anthony Pins
Anthony Pins has spent his entire professional career at Nyman Libson Paul and is now one of the firm's longest serving members. He joined as a trainee in 1983, qualified in 1987 and subsequently became a partner in 1994. He now sits on the firm?s management committee. Anthony advises a large number of clients in the theatre, film and television industries. He lectures on theatre finance and was commissioned by the Institute of Chartered Accountants to write a Business Briefing on the industry for reference by other practitioners. He recently stepped down after spending 7 years as a committee member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants' Entertainment & Media Industry Group..
